25 ways to keep your career healthy and growing

Career management and advancement is an ongoing process. You should be proactive in taking charge of your career and keep it healthy by feeding nutrients to build career skills and industry knowledge. Read and act on these tips to keep your career healthy always.

1. Clarify your career goals.
What are your aspirations in the current job or career? A career as a personal “check-up” is the job or career you want to be? Are you using your skills effectively and to your satisfaction?
