Unemployment is at an all time high therefore the job market is going to be very competitive to say the least. With that in mind you need to know that everything you do in relation to your job search counts. Once you land an interview you must begin to prepare right away.

First make sure you have the correct address as well as the directions to your destination. You never want to be late. This sends a message to the employer that you don’t value their time.

It’s a good idea to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Make sure you review the company website so that you can come away with 5 or 6 important facts about the organization. Employers can be more selective therefore it is imperative that you stand out from the competition.
