Bad reasons for quitting your last job

There are many great reasons why a person would quit their jobs. There are equally as many, if not more, reasons why you shouldn’t quit a job. The job market is very tight right now. The economy has made it very difficult for people seeking employment to find anything that will sustain a family. It isn’t wise to quit your job without having something to fall back on whether you are quitting for good or bad reasons.
Potential employers will want to know why you quit your last job. It may be best to have better reasons than the following:
I Don’t Like My Boss
This reason sends up red flags to potential employers like none other. If you can’t get along with your boss that usually means the you don’t want to follow instructions from them or that you have a problem dealing with people in general. No employer wants an employee that can’t get along with others.
I Don’t Like Working There Anymore
This is another red flag. You do not want to have to put this on a resume’. Companies hire people who are loyal and will be there for a long time. They do not want to hire someone that is a “flight risk”. Companies spend a lot of money in time and training of new employees. Finding someone that fits into a job without some type of training is nearly impossible. They also don’t want to be left with a huge work load for your co-workers to complete because you simply don’t like it there anymore…
