If employed or self employed? This is an interesting question that has been debated for a long period of time. It is very likely to get ten different answers when you propose this question to ten different people.
There is no right or wrong answer to this question. Each person is different and has a different set of needs together with the variable value systems. And self-employment has pros and cons of a person has to evaluate before making your decision.
Here are the advantages of working for someone:
1) You will receive a paycheck at a designated time. It could be on a weekly, biweekly or monthly. You can be sure that it will receive payment in the amount of hours they have worked in a pay period. This can help with planning for payment of your bills on your paycheck.
2) Receipt of the benefits is a wonderful benefit of being employed. Health, dental, and vision is usually taken care of by the employer. These benefits will reduce cost-of-pocket if they should become sick or experience any physical or mental illness.
3) training in the use of sound is good. Normally an employer to provide training that is related to the field that can be used in. This can help you avoid paying for training in a vocational school.
4) promotion of careers available if you work hard and excel. This can easily lead to an increase in salary. Imagine going from forty-five thousand a year to sixty thousand dollars a year!

4) A false sense of job security may come with the job. You are subject to losing their jobs if the company decides it needs to get rid of excess weight.
These are the advantages of being self-employed:
1) It can be your own boss. Working for yourself you will have the luxury of not having to answer to anyone.
2) You can choose the type of dress you would like to work in. You can pajamas. can be a jogging suit.
3) Set your own schedule that comes with self-employed. You are not limited to working hours. Also, it will not be subjected to punching a time clock. You have the option to work whenever you want. You can work a long day or short day. You are the boss!
4) Election of the industry. You can choose what the industry would like to start a business in. You have the freedom to pursue their dreams.
5) Unlimited earning potential available to entrepreneurs. Your income is determined by their work ethic.
Here are the disadvantages of being self-employed
1) Your success is not guaranteed. There are many factors involved when it comes to making money that you as an entrepreneur. Work ethic, determination and passion are just a few.
2) the start-up costs can be very steep. It will be very difficult to start a new business in the state of the economy if you do not have spotless credit and financial.
