“Everyone has a biological clock that controls the fluctuations of rhythms such as body temperature, the absorption of food and hormone levels,” said Ronald Portman, MD Director of Houston and the Hermann Center for Chronobiology Chronotherapeutics. And while the whole world is slightly different internal clock, scientists say that most of us have predictable biological patterns we can plan our day around. This is the basic outline of the experts recommend that chronobiology following:
