In the not too distant past, there was a tendency to move forward to demonstrate their devotion to work. This could be how spending long hours at work, volunteer work on public holidays without extra pay, defending the company in public forums, currying the boss, do favors for him and for him, including espionage .

However, businesses today run on numbers. If you hire a company to consider how much your work generates revenue for the company, compared to how much they spend on you.

There are many ways to prove their worth:

The first requirement is to succeed the performance, or do whatever it takes to efficiently and as quickly as possible. You must be comprehensive in the theoretical part of his job, and when the train you, make sure you understand what to do and how to do. The training period is when you can ask any number of questions repeatedly, until the concept is clear. Even after the training period, be sure to designate a guardian and clarify doubts.

Avoiding procrastination is closely related to performance. It is imperative that you meet the goals and deadlines. Ideally, you should have completed their working day by the end of the day and leave nothing for the next day. This will increase your efficiency and you noticed.

Another requirement is flexibility. You must be adaptable to work in different conditions, and not stick to your job description. You may have to do extra things as and when the situation requires it and you may need to work from different locations.

Helping co-workers is another sure way to get ahead. Once you have established their competence, it would only be a matter of time before becoming a resource person to train new recruits and support to weak performers in the team. Never shrink away from this responsibility. Mentoring is one of the few traits that make an essential in an organization.

If you have free time at work and not assigned additional responsibilities, use the time to further improve their work-related skills, or related to the development of a skill. You could also consider developing their skills as communication skills or people management skills. Be sure to involve your boss in the picture so that he is aware that you spend your time constructively.

However, even if their performance is first class, will be in serious trouble if their attitude is below par. Be sure to arrive on time and not leaving the office early if you finish all their work in double quick time. Do not take too many breaks or often chat with coworkers, which alters the pattern of work. Be punctual and reliable, and not abusing leave privileges.

Maintain a healthy relationship with your boss and coworkers and help them out in need. Be fair and equitable, and polite but firm. Again, not to participate in the policy office. Let the incompetent. Many artists have their career destroyed when they are on the wrong side of the political divide. By contrast, the winners never quit side performers who remain neutral.

Increase the pay hike or usually happens after the performance, which would be once or twice a year. During this time, be sure to have a record of their achievements in the previous year, and make sure you speak in quantitative terms. For example, you can say “I tried x number of rows in x time” or “I made x people in x time, helping to improve their efficiency by x percent, thereby saving the company in the x salaries. ”

Keep letters of praise for the bosses, coworkers, clients and awards received. If some have achieved certifications or suffered some professional programs, be sure to highlight them.

Above all, be consistent in this doping. Not raise its level just before the exam season and left after drop!
