How to deal with teamwork questions in job interview
In job interview, you are possibly asked questions on your attitude to teamwork. Let me mention two ways of dealing with these kinds of questions.
First, your examples of teamwork could come from any area of your life because interviewers are aware that you have limited experience of employment. So, take some time to think back over all of the times when you have engaged with others in pursuing some common goal. What did you contribute, and how did you contribute it. You might have contributed ideas, resources, or you might have quelled disputes, or you might have been a catalyst. Everything counts.
Second, possibly more important but depends on the discernment of the interviewers: demonstrate your abilities as a teamworker to them by engaging them. If something is unclear during the interview get it explained, tactfully. Re-open earlier items if you think of better answers that would help them. In short, show how you can help the interviewers accomplish their task. This is usually done by taking copies of CVs to interviews but the theme should run deeper.
