Recessions and booms are economic phenomenon. While Governments, Financial Bodies and Corporate houses work towards creating an economic environment that could lower the impact of a downturn, it can at best hold the recessionary period for a while but not convert it to a boom overnight.
Job losses and job scarcity leading to increase in unemployment and salary cuts are a commonplace during a recession. In such a scenario getting a job of one’s choice at an appropriate salary level becomes an tedious task if not impossible.
