Looking for a job can be very stressful and nerve racking. Effective job hunting takes time and can be a full-time job in itself. But remember, you must make it a priority to take care of your health during this time. Eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep and exercise. Here are some helpful ways to help deal with this stressful situation.
KEEP A REGULAR SCHEDULE: Goals will be more effectively accomplished if you keep to a regular schedule.
A routine which includes job-hunting steps, stress management techniques, and family time will give you a sense of balance and accomplishment. Get up at the same time each morning and job hunt at the same time, this seems to add some balance in your life.

USE SUPPORT NETWORKS: This is a great idea because so many people are looking for employment now and they know exactly how you feel. A support group can help you overcome some of the fears of starting over in a new job and they also can teach you stress relief techniques that have worked for others in your situation…
