How To Leave the Office Behind During a Vacation

One of the hardest things to do is to leave the office behind during a vacation. Your vacation should be a time to unwind, to relax, and to do things that you enjoy to do. If you spend your time worrying and thinking about work you will be tense and will end up not having a good time. This is not an easy thing to accomplish.

If you are a workaholic and cannot leave work behind then see if you can book a vacation to a destination where you cannot access the Internet and has limited cell phone signals. Cruises are great for this. It is not that you did not want to check your email or work on that project, it’s that you could not get online or check your phone or email messages.
