Have you ever tend to annoy some coworkers, even unconsciously? Do you think the workplace should be a place where employees and supervisors with respect and receive respect from everyone else? You will learn how to practice a good label on the job.
Do not chew or smoke on your way to snuff out his work or during breaks, especially if you work in close quarters with other employees. I take great offense to cope with the terrible smell of snuff in the breath of another person
clothing or skin.
Always get to work with a body odor. Help with bathing and brushing their teeth and floss before going to work. No walking or cycling long distances to work, because this can cause the smell of sweat and fun, especially if the weather is warm. Always wash your clothes after use, especially shirts and sweaters.
Do not eat or touch food or drink in the other break-room refrigerator without his permission. We all need to respect others belongings.
Be respectful of their fellow workers’ right to have reasonable discussions. Let them have their say and not interrupt while you talk. Do not listen to or through discussions among the other employees, if not directly to you.
Be considered, while using his cell phone. If you must leave your cell phone ring while you are away or resting outside the lounge, to answer your phone rings once. Keep your cell phone conversation brief and cover your mouth when speaking. Bothers me when others talk about their cell phones loudly and make me listen to the information on their privacy.
Dress appropriately. Even if the dress code allows casual wear, pajamas, or should not wear tank tops or any clothing that reveals parts of the body, probably do not want others to see.
All communications should be respectful and kind of quiet. Employees should never yell at coworkers or managers and the management team should never yell at employees.
Avoid creating distractions. Do not listen to pop or chewing gum while others are nearby. Do not play your portable radio aloud. If you play your radio while wearing headphones, ask a coworker who is about whether he or she can hear her music – it is important to do this to make sure they are not creating a disturbance, in addition to protecting your hearing. Do not look at pornography at work.
Assuming you are allowed to eat at work, ask colleagues who sits next to you or in the neighboring cubicles if the smell of food before eating them annoying. I could not stand the smell of someone eating something that contains mayonnaise or salad dressing, while you’re around me.
Be courteous while working on group projects and attend meetings. Never be late, to avoid any of his duties or not to pull their weight. Not openly yawn, put your head down or sleep.
We always try to work personally with the things that annoy coworkers you. If I was doing something that might annoy a coworker, I would appreciate it if he or she told me about it before reporting to a supervisor.
