“You need to know the company’s values and its work, arm yourself with relevant questions to ask and prepare answers to some standard interview questions that they will
ask you.
“Many recruitment companies offer mock interviews – don’t be afraid to ask for one.
“Or practising questions with your family and friends is also valuable preparation exercise.
“Remember that interviews work both ways.
