1. Have the ERP Consultants Done Actual ERP Consulting and Implementation Before?
As surprising as it may sound, there are some ERP “consultants” that have no experience (or very little experience) in actual ERP planning and implementation. Though they may understand ERP, they are unlikely to provide you with the value you deserve for your investment. Instead, look for ERP consultants who understand the process comprehensively.
