Let’s face it, we have both seen and felt the drastic changes in the economy. As a direct result of numerous job losses, it is out of necessity that we change our approach toward job searching. Two CNN financial correspondences gave some practical advice on just how to reinvent your job search.

* Time Is Money.

1.) Don’t waste your time.
2.) Treat your time like you’d treat your money.
3.) Write down what you are good at.
4.) Do research on which jobs are hiring for the field you have skills for.
5.) Look to trade organizations.
6.) Read on-line blogs and search through work ads in the specific areas you are qualified for.

* Personal Network.

    In the current economic situation, it is hard to get a job you want. Sometimes it is wiser to hand it over to an employment agency to help you find the ideal employer that suits you. All of my experiences with them are successful so far. I think that everyone who is looking for a job can consider approaching an employment agency.
