Rescue deal salvages office supplies group Vasanta and 1500 jobs

Vasanta, the office supplies company that employs 1,500 people, has staved off collapse after securing a £30m cash investment from a syndicate lead by
private equity group Endless.

Endless, a “turnaround” specialist, will take a 71pc stake in the
company, with the other 29pc held by key banks in Vasanta’s lending
syndicate, including Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Ireland and
