Temporary work is damaging to health

Do you work on temporary contracts? Only then for mental and physical problems. American research suggests that the feeling that you are second or substitutable at work harms health.

Heart attack
Earlier a Canadian research also showed an increased risk of mental and physical complaints to temporary forces. Job insecurity leads to depression, which can lead to a range of health problems, says the Center for Addiction and Mental Health. Work-related stress, for example due to job uncertainty, it appears that the risk of heart attack by 50 percent increase.

“Temporary contracts and changing jobs, the employee lot of flexibility but also lead to much uncertainty, stress and depressive feelings.
