Tips to Identify Today’s High-demand Jobs

The following is an example of jobs which can be considered to be high-demand, together with my personal reasons for them.

EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY DEMANDING

Medical Accident and Emergency teams. People who work in this environment are always under stress. This comes primarily from the fact that often they have to make split second decisions and, on the basis of these decisions, the result could be life or death. To lose in any work environment is stressful, but when that one on one loss is a human life, then it becomes even more demanding.

COMMERCIAL

Company Directors of Multinationals. In a different way these are high demand positions. These people have to constantly look to produce shareholder value, often in the face of stiff competition, but they also have to ensure that they continue to give a duty of skill and care to a range of other stakeholders at the same time.

For example, they must remain within the legal framework set out in a variety of countries, sometimes conflicting. They must ensure the safety of their works and their product and/or actions within the public environment, both with regard to the individuals and the possible ecological potential damage…
