You should hire me because Im reliable and always on time. I am a quick learner and I am very proactive. I can multi-task and I am perserverant. (make sure you are these things…)
I chose this place for employment because (it depends on where) I enjoy working with people and learning more about____.

Just say some characteristics that you have that are good working tools. IE- Responsible, caring, patient, loyal, reliable, etc.
